2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (most popular for holiday orders!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates; holiday season may cause slight delays. Free shipping often applies based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders usually process and ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We send a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way – perfect for planning your holiday setup!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship only within the United States. We’re exploring more options – sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your decoration arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your decorations safe and high-quality? Yes! We select durable, safe materials – many lights are UL-listed, ornaments are shatter-resistant where possible, and everything is designed for easy, safe use. Follow included instructions, especially with electrical items, and keep away from open flames.

7. How do I store my Christmas decorations after the holidays? Most items pack flat or nest easily. Store lights wrapped loosely on spools to avoid tangles, keep ornaments in protective boxes, and place everything in a cool, dry spot. Many of our pieces are reusable for years to come!
